We use proven training methodologies to turn ISAs into lead converting MACHINES!

Before you book a consultation, understand this:
- Training: We do NOT train off-shore, non-native English speakers to be real estate ISAs. That means we do not train VAs from South America, Latin America, the Philippines, or any other outsourced location. We do NOT train ISAs who are managed by outsourced 3rd party “done for you” companies.
- Recruiting/Staffing: We do not supply ISAs nor do we recruit, hire or manage ISAs for you. We teach you to do your own recruiting, screening and hiring of U.S./Canada based ISAs. We will NOT assist you in hiring cheap, off-shore VAs to convert leads.
- First Time Hiring: The typical minimum investment to hire a full time, North American based ISA is $5,000 per month as a base pay. PLUS the cost of your leads, PLUS the cost of our consulting/training services. If you do not have a minimum budget of $7,000 per month to invest in developing your ISA program…we are not the right fit for you.
