Full Time – Remote
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 – Base plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for a sales training company
We need a smart, resourceful, creative and successful professional who can come in and drive measurable results from our many marketing and advertising platforms.

To get this opportunity: you need 10+ years of experience as a marketing pro, with at least 5 years of experience managing other freelancers or direct reports. What you really need is a track record of achieving growth results for clients on social media platforms, email marketing, and website optimization. Basically you know how to gain followers, drive inbound leads that drive bottom line revenue for the company. YOU are a dollars and cents marketer who gets your “juice” from the creativity of creating new initiatives and a thrill from the win of increased clicks, follows, subscribes, inquiries and purchases.

You will need to demonstrate successful case studies of your work that includes: social media campaigns, email marketing, marketing funnel design & implementation as well as social media advertising. If you can mix in a little guerilla, covert, seek and destroy type creativity…that’s a huge bonus!

We are a scrappy, online sales training company in business for 8+ years now. We serve the residential real estate industry in the U.S. and Canadian markets. We provide video sales training 100% virtually to real estate agents and teams and our clients enjoy a substantial increase in their confidence and ability to close additional sales each year. We have a great work environment…think small business meets the modern remote lifestyle. We have a dry sense of humor and we aren’t afraid to show who we are from our culture to our marketing messaging.

In this role your day to day will be planning and executing our content calendar, measuring and optimizing the results from our social media accounts, our email marketing and the social communities we have access to. You’ll work closely with the other departments and our founder to create and execute on productive marketing and advertising initiatives. We manage to results and you will be in the driver’s seat to make those results happen.

You have a team here that consists of marketing coordinators, a video editor, a social media coordinator and a copy writer. You’ll need to manage them for maximum impact as well as add future players to your team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive audience growth, generate high quality inbound sales leads as well as drive online purchases.
  • Cultivate the company’s brand and CEO’s presence through targeted content creation, conference participation, and speaking and podcast interview opportunities.
  • Strategize and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that ensures brand consistency across all platforms and aligns with business goals.
  • Manage all digital marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns, website optimization, SEO enhancement.
  • Collect customer testimonials and case studies, integrating them into marketing campaigns to strengthen credibility and trust.
  • Collaborate with our other departments to ensure brand message unity and support sales efforts with precision-targeted marketing initiatives that drive new leads.
  • Analyze competitor trends and client feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • A strong capacity to figure it out, and get it done.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing within the B2B Service sector, demonstrating a track record of crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • At least 5 years experience managing freelance contributors and/or direct reports.
  • Preference for those candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones.
  • A sharp eye for good design and visual composition.
  • A critical eye for details.
  • A flare with words, you need to be able to read other’s copy and make sure it’s impactful.
  • Proficiency with video editing, graphic design, social media platforms, content creation and scheduling platforms and website and Zapier integrations.
  • Proficiency with Meta and Google advertising platforms and managing ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities to gauge market trends and campaign effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to assemble, manage and top grade your team.
