I’m starting over. It’s a new era in our industry. So many disruptions, noise, confusion. I have decided that I’m going to personally teach our bootcamp material and update it as I go along.
Don’t get me wrong, we still have many happy students who give us great reviews. We’ve been the best sales training company in real estate for the last 10 years. But personally, I’m much more interested in a transformative experience for our students, rather than just selling more “good” training to more people.
That’s what the big box coaching companies in our industry do. They regurgitate stuff that worked 20-30 years ago, or just repeat unproven concepts from people who are very creative but have never actually sold real estate or led others to successfully sell real estate.
My personal goal is not to be the biggest real estate training company…but to be the best.
I do this because I personally know the pain and the gnawing self doubt that come along with struggling to convert leads into good conversations, good conversations into quality appointments, and quality appointments into commission checks. I’ve been there, I’ve done it in real estate and other industries before this. So my purpose is to go back to the drawing board and make sure that my company is truly putting out the best product in our industry for the next 10 years.
