I want to grow my business faster…and I’m assuming you do too. So I signed up for Alex Hormozi’s Aquisition.com scaling workshop. It’s a live two day event in Vegas. Sadly, the hours of the event are the EXACT hours my AMAZING hotel pool is open…so I don’t get to use it at all on this trip 😭.

Here’s the biggest takeaway from day one: There’s always one major constraint in our businesses. A constraint that prevents our business from growing further. It’s where our potential gets capped. Those constraints fall into one of six typical categories. I personally sold real estate for several years, then scaled a real estate team to the top five of mega teams, and now have been growing a sales training and consulting company teaching other agents and brokers how to do the same thing for the last nine years. The funny thing is that the theory of constraints is true for all of those businesses as well.

Today in the live workshop, we spent a good chunk of the day figuring out where our own constraints were in our current businesses. I met a ton of people from different industries, different types of businesses, and from very different levels of revenue. I met people still trying to hit the $1 million in gross revenue mark (to you agents that’s $1 million in GCI) up to people whose top line revenue is $30+ million! They all are also trying to identify and correct their one constraint. And they all fit into the same six categories.

Here are the six categories: Advertising & Marketing, Operations, Sales, Delivery, IT, and Recruiting.

The key to your next sales level is identifying and busting through the biggest constraint for you.

The way I’m going to break through my own constraint is by revamping our training, so that it makes a massive change for our clients in their businesses! The market has changed, the disruption to our business model has changed, the justice department and the investment bankers are trying to dismantle our industry from the inside. The only way forward is to get better!

That’s what I’ll be bringing to you.
