We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for a sales training company
We need a smart, resourceful, creative and successful professional who can come in and drive measurable results from our many marketing and advertising platforms.

To get this opportunity: you need 10+ years of experience as a marketing pro, with at least 5 years of experience managing other freelancers or direct reports. What you really need is a track record of achieving growth results for clients on social media platforms, email marketing, and website optimization. Basically you know how to gain followers, drive inbound leads that drive bottom line revenue for the company. YOU are a dollars and cents marketer who gets your “juice” from the creativity of creating new initiatives and a thrill from the win of increased clicks, follows, subscribes, inquiries and purchases.

You will need to demonstrate successful case studies of your work that includes: social media campaigns, email marketing, marketing funnel design & implementation as well as social media advertising. If you can mix in a little guerilla, covert, seek and destroy type creativity…that’s a huge bonus!

We are a scrappy, online sales training company in business for 8+ years now. We serve the residential real estate industry in the U.S. and Canadian markets. We provide video sales training 100% virtually to real estate agents and teams and our clients enjoy a substantial increase in their confidence and ability to close additional sales each year. We have a great work environment…think small business meets the modern remote lifestyle. We have a dry sense of humor and we aren’t afraid to show who we are from our culture to our marketing messaging.

In this role your day to day will be planning and executing our content calendar, measuring and optimizing the results from our social media accounts, our email marketing and the social communities we have access to. You’ll work closely with the other departments and our founder to create and execute on productive marketing and advertising initiatives. We manage to results and you will be in the driver’s seat to make those results happen.

You have a team here that consists of marketing coordinators, a video editor, a social media coordinator and a copy writer. You’ll need to manage them for maximum impact as well as add future players to your team as needed.
